With 24 years of Massage experience and 7 years of Reiki experience, you can find comfort knowing you are getting a Massage, Reiki and Singing Bowl Therapy treatment from someone who is familiar with the body. I listen to your needs, but I have also built an intuition that helps guide me so you can find space for healing and feeling better in you body.

Massage, Reiki & Singing Bowl Therapy offer the opportunity for your parasympathetic nervous system to be activated. When the PNS is activated, your body decreases inflammatory hormones & increases "feel good" health promoting hormones and relaxation, creating overall better health so you can feel more peace and joy in your body, mind & heart.   

 In my years of being a massage therapist, I have found tools like hot stones, aromatherapy and warm compresses help the body relax more deeply and activate the parasympathetic nervous system so all massages come with these tools at no extra charge. All treatments are designed just for you.
