Choose from 60, 90 or 120 minute of massage. Eases muscle tension and soreness, and activates the parasympathetic nervous system to allow your body to rest, digest and heal, helping you to restore your life force energy. We will discuss what your body is feeling, and I will design a massage tailored to fit those needs.
