With 22 years of Massage experience and 5 years of Reiki experience, you can find comfort knowing you are getting a massage or Reiki treatment from someone who is familiar with the body. I listen to your needs, but I have also built an intuition that helps guide me so you can find space for healing and feeling better in you body.

Massage & Reiki offer the opportunity to find the stillness you need to help activate your parasympathetic nervous system. When this system is activated, your body enters a deeper state of relaxation, easing muscle tension and anxiety, promoting better digestion and recovery, lowering your blood pressure, and creating overall better health so you can feel more peace and joy in your body, mind & heart.   

 In my years of being a massage therapist, I have found tools like hot stones, aromatherapy and warm compresses help the body relax more deeply and activate the parasympathetic nervous system so all massages come with these tools at no extra charge.  All treatments are designed just for you.
