I AM WHOLE | 45 Minute Reiki $75
This treatment begins with breathing, and visualization, transitioning to massage on the head, hands and feet, and gentle placement of my hands on your body. The goal is to facilitate your body's own healing response by activating the parasympathetic nervous system to help you feel more peaceful, connected, and whole. Warm herbal compresses are included. As an option, Reiki can be given fully clothed.

I AM CARED FOR | 60 Minute Massage $100
This massage will ease muscle tension and soreness, helping you feel restored, as well as, relax the nervous system bringing you back to feeling alive and well. We will always discuss what your body is feeling and I will design a massage tailored to fit those needs. Massage may include warm stones, aromatherapy, a touch of Reiki and warm herbal compresses depending on your needs. Full body therapeutic massage, allows for one or two points of focus.

I AM PEACE | 90 Minute Massage $140
Finding stillness for longer can help heal and bring you to an even more peaceful place in your body, mind and heart by more strongly activating the parasympathetic nervous system, offering an even deeper state of relaxation than the 60 minute massage. Massage may include warm stones, aromatherapy, touches of Reiki and warm herbal compresses depending on your needs. Full body therapeutic massage, allows two to three points of focus.

I AM THE ULTIMATE | 2Hour & 15Minutes Massage + Reiki $215
This treatment is a combination of 90 minutes massage and 45 minutes reiki and will help you feel at peace and grounded. Some people report feeling calm for days after their treatment. Includes warm stones, aromatherapy, and warm herbal compresses depending on your needs. Full body therapeutic massage, allows two to three points of focus.
